Dental plaque is a sticky film of bacteria that forms in the teeth,  you know that slippery coating you feel on your teeth when you wake up in the morning. CAUSES Plaques develops when foods containing carbohydrates(sugars)  such as milk, soft drinks,  cakes and candy are frequently left on the teeth.  Poor oral hygiene can also make it worse that is why it is advisable to brush twice daily. Some people would love us still even if we end up being a failure,  they are natural and unaffected by external force,  but it would do us well by making a success of this life.
